Regular Fee (early or late) or Students Fee (early or late) includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet event, one lunch and abstract booklet.

Accompanying Person's fee includes admission to welcome reception and banquet event.

Please be noted that the conference will not be responsible for other regular lunch or dinner meals during the conference. If you need the conference to arrange all meals during the conference, you need to add US $ 3 0 or RMB 2 00 included in your registration fee.
If you buy the conference proceedings (a set of journal books), you need to add US $ 5 0 or RMB 350 included in your registration fee.

ICAMP-5 accepts bank transfer for registration prior to the conference or cash for on-site registration. All required bank information is given below. We are sorry for that we cannot accept any payments using credit cards.

£¨3£©Registration Procedure

Please prefer to register for ICAMP-5 conference using the Registration Form and email the Registration Form to the secretary of the conference ( icamp2008@yahoo.com.cn ) not later than July 31,2008

If you register on-site at the conference desk you can pay cash only.
To pick up your registration materials or to register on-site, please go to the Conference Registration Desks (Songhuajiang Gloria Plaza Hotel). The Conference Registration Desks will be open during 08:00 to 22:00, from Tuesday to Thursday.

£¨4£©Registration Cancellation Requests                  ¡üTOP

Requests to cancel a conference or companion registration must be made in writing and emailed to ICAMP-5 secretary. If the cancellation is received before August 10, 2008, 70% of the total pre-paid amount will be refunded. No reimbursement can be made for cancellation after this date; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
